If you would like to return an item please fill in the contact form here. We will then take a look at your order and if it is eligible for a return we will be in touch with further instructions.

Delivery will be 5-7 working days from the order.

If you get a faulty item please fill in the contact form here within 72 hours of recieving the item. 

Postage is applied at checkout and varies depending on item weight.

Wild Thang does not have local facilities in these locations, so all orders will be shipped from the UK. For these destinations, shipping costs are not calculated automatically at checkout. Instead:

 

  1. Once you place your order, a request is sent to the Wild Thang shipping team.
  2. The team will provide a shipping cost quote.
  3. You will need to ensure your PO for your order incorporates both the order amount and the shipping cost before adding it to your order before it can proceed.

 

Additionally –

If you are in Brazil, Turkey and Morocco – please ensure you enter your Tax ID which is required for shipping. You will not be able to proceed with your order without this information.

If you are in Armenia, Georgia and North Macedonia – the shipment will be sent as DAP (where the receiver pays the duties) as per local requirements. DHL will reach out to the receiver directly and you will be asked to pay the duties and VAT
